All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you disagree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this site or place a phone order. Anyone using this site must be 18 or older, and checking out implies that an adult is placing the order.

Shipping & Delivery

Tracking
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed once your order is processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are unavailable by phone and may only be requested via email. To request your tracking, please email [email protected] with the subject "tracking number" and include your name or order number.

Processing Time
We strive to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment, Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays and weekends. Pitmoto.com / World Ventures Corp. cannot be held liable for delayed shipments caused by an act of god, such as bad weather or any other event that we cannot control. If, under some unusual circumstance, your order takes longer than 48 hours to leave our warehouse, we apologize.

Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to orders over $149 and refers to standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Oversize packages (heavyweight) may be subject to additional shipping fees; if this occurs, you will be notified of the balance due as soon as possible. Items considered to be oversized/heavy weight include Tires and body Kits but are not limited to these products.

PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's
UPS/FedEx shipping is not available to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's. Please select USPS when shipping to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs to avoid any delay in your shipment.

UPS 
UPS Ground shipping is estimated to take 1-7 business days, depending on the destination (see UPS transit time chart below). Orders must be placed before 2 PM EDT in order to be shipped the same day. Any order placed after 2 PM EDT will be shipped the following business day, excluding weekends. 

USPS
The USPS Priority Mail can take up to 2-7 business days to be delivered. The transit times of 2-3 days, as stated by the post office, depend on your local post office and are not guaranteed. USPS First Class Mail can take 2-10 business days, depending on your local post office. Since USPS cannot be tracked in real-time, sometimes tracking numbers will not be updated until the package reaches a major hub.  USPS has been known to reuse their tracking numbers at times, so if the order is tracking incorrectly, try re-tracking it at a later time.

Incorrect Address or Typo's
Pitmoto.com / World Ventures Corp. will not be responsible for paying reshipping fees for errors that are no fault of our own. The customer is responsible for assuring that the shipping address on the order is correct. Any orders returned due to an address error, such as an undeliverable address, will be the responsibility of the customer to pay any reshipping fees.

Shipping Delays / Out-of-Stock Items
Shipping delays may be caused by natural disasters or errors made by a shipping company. A freight carrier may delay a shipment for reasons uncontrollable by us, and therefore in the event of such a delay, we cannot be held responsible. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly, please ensure that your shipping information is correct. In the event a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be accountable for shipping costs. If an item is back-ordered, the order will be held in "Back Order" status and shipped immediately upon arrival. Back Orders are generally filled within 2-5 business days. If a back order is going to take longer to restock, you will be notified via the email you provide.  If no email was provided, we will attempt to reach you by phone with the phone number on your account.

Notice to International customers:
Any additional shipping fees, duties/tariffs/taxes imposed by the origin country are the customer's responsibility. Before placing your order, contact your country's customs agency about any additional duties/tariffs/taxes that may be imposed.

Returns & Refunds

Returning an item(s)
Returning an item(s) To return an item, you must request an (RMA) return authorization number within 14 Days of receiving the item(s). Packages returned without an RMA number may be refused. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date the customer received the item. Some items may not be returned (see list below). Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and items returned damaged or missing parts will be assessed a 50% depreciation fee. If an item is defective, please see our warranty terms. Orders that were shipped free will be assessed the original shipping cost to you, which will be deducted from your credit. We strongly advise that you insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. To request an RMA number, please fill out the Return Authorization Form. No returns or exchanges on Used items, Electrical items, Haynes Repair Manuals, and Fueled items.

UPS Transit Time Chart
Processing times are not included in transit times and must be considered when estimating delivery dates.

Missing Items
If there is an item missing from your order, we must be notified via email within 3 days of receipt of the order. No exceptions, so please check your order as soon as it is delivered.


Cancellations
Orders that have shipped may not be canceled but may be returned. If an item has not shipped you may cancel the item within 24 hours after the order is placed as long as it has not already been shipped. Once an order is shipped an RMA must be obtained to return the order. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded for the canceled item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Pitmoto.com reserves the right to cancel an order without notice.


Refused Items
Items that are refused are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


International Orders
All international sales are final. International orders may require further verification, which may cause order processing delays. For faster processing, select PayPal as the payment method and ship to an address Confirmed with PayPal. To avoid shipping delays or for questions, please contact us. Also, note that Free Shipping is only for orders in the 48 contiguous United States. International shipments may be charged additional fees by certain carriers, and the customer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, etc., imposed by carriers. Some International orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail may not be traceable, but delivery is usually within 7-10 business days. International First Class Mail orders can take 2-3 weeks to deliver.

Parts Warranty
We guarantee our parts are free from defects for 30 days (unless stated otherwise in the product description) from the date that you receive your order. If you feel a part is defective or is damaged under normal operating conditions, contact us via email or phone to detail the defective parts. We may require the original part(s) to be returned to us for inspection to confirm or disprove a defect or photos to be sent of the part. If a part is verified by our staff to be defective, we will supply a replacement part free of charge. If a part is found not to be defective, the customer will incur shipment and replacement charges. Any modification of the original parts or bike, including the addition of high-performance parts will void the warranty. Regular wear items such as pull starts, tubes, tires, chains, belts, clutches, nuts, bolts and body panels are not warranted. Rock/Cobra scooter parts do not have any warranty and are sold As Is since they are discontinued parts.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or the box appears damaged, you must keep the box in its original condition, and please contact us via email or phone within three business days of receiving it. We may have the shipping company inspect the box and items in order to confirm the damages. In accordance with our parts warranty, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. Failure to keep the box in original condition may result in the claim being denied by the shipping company in which case Pitmoto.com cannot be held responsible for the damages. The customer is responsible for inspecting the items and reporting any damages to the shipping company upon receipt of the items. Failure to report damages may void damage claims.

Safety and Liability Policy
Pitmoto.com and its parent company World Ventures Corp. cannot be held liable for damage to property and/ or injury or loss of life incurred while operating any of our products and/ or caused by a person operating any of our products. Persons under 18 years of age must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian while operating our products.
Riders must wear a Department of Transportation (DOT) approved helmet when operating any of our products. Failure to wear proper protective gear may result in serious injury or loss of life. ATVs, dirt bikes, go karts, scooters can be dangerous to operate and you should not engage in stunt or extreme riding. Avoid excessive speeds and drive especially careful on difficult terrain. Do not ride in wet weather as it impairs traction, braking, and visibility. The risk of accident is dramatically increased in wet conditions. Do not ride at dusk, after dark, or at times of poor visibility.
